By accessing, browsing, or registering on the BWoods web platform or Android mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. User Account Registration & Mobile OTP Authentication
To provide authentic luxury apparel shopping, users create an account using their 10-digit Indian mobile number or email address. Phone verification is conducted using secure One-Time Passwords (OTP) delivered via certified telecom SMS gateways.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP codes.
- Never share verification codes or passwords with any third party. BWoods representatives will never call you asking for your confidential OTP.
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information during checkout.
Information We Collect & Privacy Practices
We collect personal information necessary to fulfill your orders, process transactions, and provide customer support:
Personal Data Collected: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, Delivery & Billing Addresses with PIN Code, Purchase History, and Wishlist Preferences.
Purpose of Processing: Order dispatch, courier delivery logistics, automated invoice generation, transactional SMS/email notifications, and returns handling.
Third-Party Sharing: Your personal information is never sold or rented. BWoods shares shipping details strictly with certified logistics couriers (e.g. Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) to ensure timely doorstep parcel delivery.
Payments, Pricing & Financial Security
All prices on BWoods are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations.
- Payment Gateways: Online payments (UPI, RuPay, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) are processed via Reserve Bank of India (RBI) licensed gateways (Razorpay).
- Zero Sensitive Storage: BWoods does not collect or store CVV numbers, card PINs, or net banking passwords on our local servers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on delivery is supported for eligible PIN codes across India. Exact cash payment is collected upon parcel receipt.
Shipping, Multi-Courier Tracking & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our fulfillment centers. Typical transit times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location.
Live courier tracking (AWB) is updated automatically in your “My Orders” dashboard, and milestone SMS notifications are dispatched to your registered phone number.
7-Day Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We want you to love your apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with fit or style:
- Return requests can be placed within 7 calendar days from delivery date directly via your account portal.
- Apparel must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Once the reverse shipment is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment source or specified UPI ID.
